The project brief required a pool house to be built on the Southside of the property, that would allow for the family to watch sports games, make beverages and enjoy time by the pool. The space also had to accommodate both a boys and girls bathroom. Following the construction of the pool house, a small studio apartment had to be built as an extension to the poolhouse, for the client's son. The design and technical solution is a simple yet highly functional space that is both visually appealing and technically sound.
